Women and Children have a huge role to play in contributing to self-empowerment, improving family ties, and society-building. We identify their strengths and hone their skills in order to make them physically, mentally and financially independent.

Through providing them vocational training and helping them set up cottage and small-scale industries and businesses, they can contribute to the economy and make them self-respecting and self-reliant. At VBECS Vocational Training Institutes, the trainees are provided training on multiple skills that are relevant to the current industry needs. They are also taught written and verbal communication in at least 3 languages: Malayalam, English, Hindi so as to make them adaptable to any situation or place.
