Refund Policy for Vijnanabharathi Educational and Charitable Society No Refunds. We are an educational and charitable society and the Fees paid by the students are the cost of research, content creation and delivery, LMS platform-building, conduction of exam, prize and scholarship amount. The Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. However, the fee may be refunded only if the situation of failure to start a course (Not applicable for unavoidable instances). Delay in starting of the course content by a fortnight shall not be considered as not starting.

Vijnanabharathi Educational and Charitable Society reserves the right to reschedule/cancel the batch because of insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or in the event of natural calamities (like floods, earthquakes, etc). In case Vijnanabharathi Educational and Charitable Society cancels a batch, either a 100% refund will be paid to the students or the fund will be utilised for the other charitable activities of the Society with prior consent from the student.

Refunds of the duplicate payment made by the students will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 7 to 10 working days post intimation by the student and approval of Vijnanabharathi Educational and Charitable Society.
